Clean and efficient
The whole storage area is clean and well organised. Entry and exit is easily controlled through the app so it doesn’t s very secure. Customer support is very good too.

Safe and secure storage.
Excellent staff, except for the stupid trolleys for people above 50yeaes age its difficult, its not easy or flexible to use, appreciate if the authorities can change it.

Great experience
The lady on the reception desk at Peterborough helping us with our storage locker was so helpful!! She was brilliant! Any issues we had on our first day of moving our belongings into our storage locker she smoothed out, BIG Thankyou! Customer Service second to none! Highly recommend this place!

Good service and an excellent facility.
Good service levels and helpful at all times. I found the app a little difficult to manage and it was necessary for me to rely on the old method of entry using a long code number.
