At Ready Steady Store, you should be able to access your items when needed. That’s why we offer 24-hour access storage which is available under special circumstances*. It is a safe, secure, and convenient process and you can use the Ready Steady Store App to enter the building and access your storage unit.
Whatever your reason for storing with us, whether it’s moving home, decluttering, refurbishing, or simply needing more space, you’ll want to be able to access your unit to retrieve belongings, put more goods into storage.
Our Flexi Saver pack offers the ultimate ease, convenience, and flexibility. You can come and go as often as you like with our extended hours access or once you’ve been approved for 24-hour access (only available upon special request*), 365 days a year.
*Please note that 24-hour access is subject to additional security checks, purchase of the Flexi Saver Pack and store location. Please check with an advisor if the store location offers 24-hour access. Our standard access hours are limited to 8 am to 6 pm daily.
Flexi Saver Pack – includes:
- Extended access hours from 6 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, 365 days a year
- There is no need to pay the four week security deposit – the pack includes a Deposit Waiver
- 50% discount on a padlock when you move in
- 20% discount on all packaging materials for as long as you store with us. Available Online or in-store
- 24/7 access if available upon request and must follow further security checks before granted

Standard Access hours are 8am to 6pm, seven days a week. If you need to access your unit outside of these hours, we offer extended hours access options, please contact our Customer Service team at 0800 321 3211, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
How much is the Flexi Saver Pack?
The Flexi Saver Pack is a nominal fee offering our customers the extended flexibility without having to pay a 4 week deposit. To view the price, simply select the Flexi Saver Pack option when getting a quote.
