Q: How much are the delivery costs?

There is a minimum order value of £15 for home delivery. Order Value Delivery Cost £30-59.99 £20.00 £60-79.99 £15.00 £80-99.99 £10.00 £100+ FREE Delivery Prices cover orders up to 20kg, if your order weighs significantly more than this we reserve the right to charge an extra 50p per kilo over the threshold.

When will my goods be delivered?

Orders received before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered the following day
Orders received after 2pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered in two days
Orders placed Friday before 2pm will be delivered Monday
Orders placed on Friday after 2pm or on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday

Which areas do you deliver to?

These delivery charges are for mainland England, Wales and Scotland.

We are unable to deliver to the Scottish Highlands Post Codes – IV, KW1-14, PA34, PA37-39, PH19-26, PH30-40, PH41 sector 4 and PH49-50.

We are also unable to service Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands.

Receiving your Delivery

All goods must be delivered to the card holders address, we reserve the right to request further identification if this is not the case.

All goods must be signed for, unless you have provided instructions for where to leave your order, in this case you are liable for the security of the delivered goods.

Returning Goods and Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods, in line with Distance Selling Regulations.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in good condition. Returns are at your own cost and refunds will cover the item price only (delivery costs are non-refundable).

If you would like Ready Steady Store to arrange collection on your behalf, the collection charge will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Damaged Goods

Our carriers will not accept liability for in-transit damage or missing items unless they are told at time of delivery. Please contact 01924 869 010, where possible we investigate all reported problems the same day.

Can I order boxes online?

Yes – Ready Steady Store sells a full range of packing materials to make moving and storing your belongings easier.

Protective covers for furniture and mattresses

You can buy packing supplies online through our Box Shop or pick them up at your local store*.

*Our Box Shop exclusively offers delivery service. Our stores have limited stock available but if you prefer to collect your items in-store, please get in touch with our Customer Services Team on 0800 321 3211
