Very good service and very helpful.

The lady on telephone booking was very helpful. She was very polite and friendly. The man at unit where storage is was very helpful too .

Very impressed with Ready Steady Store’s service

Service was excellent from telephone booking to moving in storage day. Meghan & Amy at customer services have been really helpful and supportive when we’ve had any questions. Ross in the Bournemouth storage store couldn’t have been more helpful when we were selecting and moving into our storage unit. As newbies to self storage, we’re very impressed with Ready Steady Store’s service.

Very helpful, and keen to assist when required. Location is ideal, and the 24/7 access is perfect for our needs. Premises are kept neat and tidy too. Highly recommended!

Customer help was impeccable

I had a tricky situation moving in, but the people who work here were so unbelievably helpful, I called so many times they must of been sick of me!!! But they never failed to answer my questions.
