Very polite staff

I ran into some problems with logging into the app ! Which were dealt with in a friendly way on the phone and at the reception of the unit ! Very nice , polite staff !!

Move in to store

Everything that was promised was available including the support of a team to move my items into storage because of the lift maintenance unavailability. The reception took time to help me set up the app on my telephone and we pleasant throughout. Thank you

I had a fantastic experience with Ready Steady Store – everything went exactly as explained, with no surprises or delays. A special shoutout to Anouska, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. From start to finish, she made everything smooth and stress-free. She’s is still being really helpful with day-to-day things, always there to help and make things easier. Everything has been perfect so far. I highly recommend Ready Steady Store – great service and great support from Anouska.

Just excellent and so helpfull

Generally a good and helpful service. Shame about the couple of negatives

The IT side of completing the booking was tricky as the system wasn’t accepting my details matched. This was resolved after the weekend fortunately I had pushed the date of entrance back by a week On the first load in on the Saturday we had problems with the Goods Lift this was sorted with the assistance of Customer Services which involved pushing the bottom of the doors in on both levels. Glad there was two of us. Other than that all fine

Great service and communication

I liked that I was able to reserve a unit, for a minimal cost. Due to uncertainty I had to keep moving the date back as to when I needed the unit. However on the day I did need to start they staff member was extremely helpful and very friendly :-)
