Good storage!
We were not made aware this site was un manned so turned up at 6:30pm to empty the van and couldn’t gain access. However it was resolved first thing the following day, the storage is clean, they provide trolleys for you to use too

Helpful staff and good storage space
It’s good would like staff to be around face to face on the day you move in just for personal reassurance . The team when you get to speak to them are helpful and were very supportive

Relatively easy process
Was a relatively easy process to reserve a unit and then do the online check in. I would say anyone not tech savvy might need support with the online element. Only slight surprise was the site being unmanned and it will being app and code controlled but the move in went smoothly. It has not been entirely clear as how the payments are being taken ongoing as the system asked for DD details but also a card. This could be made clearer at start. Plus the one off costs such as padlock.
