Good service and an excellent facility.

Good service levels and helpful at all times. I found the app a little difficult to manage and it was necessary for me to rely on the old method of entry using a long code number.

Go and have a chat - it's worth it !

The staff could not be more helpful, they ran though the general set up, gave us a walk around to see the different size units that were available (and so that we would understand what a 20/30 or 40Sq ft unit would look like). As we were ready to start an account/storage, they helped all the way with the app & even told us when we had mucked up (as their system did not like it) & when there was a problem, they we on to it there and then. An enjoyable experience - which makes a change in this life today.

The lady in the office was so helpful and friendly. I apologise i forgot her name with the stress i was in due to not ordering a big enough unit. She kept me at ease and found me another unit for an amazing price. she really went above and beyond at what is a very difficult time for me.

Positive First Impression

I don't make recommendations as the saying goes "one mans meat is another mans poison" My initial impression has been positive with their telephone sales rep being very helpful with ensuring I had a choice of units and could maximise the discounts available. The IT wasn't very good and there was a delay at the store as the rep there had to resort to a manual contract but eventually succeeded and we were able to decant our possessions into the storage unit. Pleased with the temperature within the storage area which is warmer than the previous unit I had been using and will "look after" our possessions better. Also pleased with the 24/7 access afforded via the password protected access. Only time will tell whether my positive first impression continues or not?

One of the best companies I have done business with, and I feel the unit is in a great location, as per my requests. Easy accessible.
