Very polite customer service, explained everything and how it works. I feel I must mention that on the handle on the unit is difficult to open and could possibly do with something easier to grip hold of.

Perfect storage unit and hassle free

Everything about the experience of hiring the store to moving in was explained fully, when we went to move in our allotted unit was locked due to the people who moved out locked it , so I rang customer services and the kind lady give us a different unit and it all was sorted quickly and smoothly with no hassle, the units are spacious and clean and I was supplied with a brand new barrel lock with three keys , the app is also good you open the main electric gate from your phone .

Setup process was very easy full communication all way up to me moving in, the site I chose was a remote site easy access to the lockup. I would use this company again reasonable prices vs competition in the area and friendly and helpful staff

Very good so far but haven't finished storing yet. Gave me a lot off assistance with the app as my phone kept clutching and their net work due to unforeseen events. Very easy to drive in and unload.

Spotlessly clean storage

Having never used a storage company before I wasn't sure what to expect. The whole process has been so easy, I spoke to a lovely gentleman who advised me what size I would require, competitove pricing and ease of everything has been great. The app to open/close gate is fantastic and the storage unit itself is spotlessly clean and perfect size for my requirements. Should I ever need storage again I wouldn't hesitate to use ready steady store, and would recommend to anyone looking for storage.
