Clear communication and secure system

Good customer support but confusion on electronic locks & third-party remov

SUPPORT staff are extremely kind and friendly but prolonged sagas to do with electronic locks which initially I did not pay for no explanation of why mechanical lock was substituted for an electronic lock. I noticed that most of the locks at the site were mechanical i.e. old-fashioned locks!!Struggled using electronic locks not easy despite the promotional YouTube video. Also confusion about use of third parties in actually moving the goods into storage.

The person in reception was really helpful and took his time to explain everything and also showed us to our unit very friendly and helpful

Excellent service and excellent storage, definitely 5 Stars all round!

The staff went out of their way to help when I had a pro with my phone and couldn't access the app and therefore struggled to get access to my storage on the first day. Excellent service, the lady talked me through the whole process on the phone when I got there out of office hours and needed help. And the storage itself is also 5 Star, clean, dry, secure and safe. Thanks Ready Steady Store!
