Download the app before arriving

Whilst it would have been helpful to know about and download the app prior to arriving (change of passwords/ moving house generally chaos) the lady at the ready steady was helpful and the app once installed really easy and efficient

Awesome company and staff, I couldn't recommend more highly!!

Absolutely brilliant!! Wendy helped me through a few teething issues (which were my fault), she was patient and massively accommodating. I could not rate both her and this company more highly!!

Great Place

Popped in for a quote and the ladies were very helpful, gave us all the information we needed and showed us around. We got set up with a unit later on that day and were allowed to move our move in date to earlier which was great. We were helped with the set up of the app and are always around when we have questions or want to double check something

Great place, good service

Tech is always an issue, especially on line applications. While the portal is intuitive the users tech might not be. This may be off putting to some. Having the ability to walk in with all the documents needed would be another strong to your bow.

10/10 customer service

Customer service has been 10/10 from my first phone call to moving in. I had reserved a storage unit for the 8/9/25 but due to unforeseen circumstances I had to move forward the move in date. A wonderful gentleman called James assisted me with easy. I had a lot of question and James was happy to answer all of them even the ones I probably should have known. I will be honest I did call back a few times as I was a bit stuck with the log in process and again James assisted me through the process with ease. Moving is stressful enough but this whole process has been so stress free!! The lady at the reception desk in Northampton(can’t remember her name sorry) has also been wondering showing me how to use the lock when I arrived and gave me useful information. Never ever used a storage unit before I have enquired with others but did not get this level of customer service. Once again shout out to James!! His customer service went above and beyond!

Remarkable

They RSS, experience was truly remarkable, amazing and with ease, firstly the staff over the phone are so friendly and always ready to assist you in anyway, they make moving and storing hassle free , the lovely lady at the branch in northampton she us so bubly , friendly and great at her job, she explain everything in details that you quickly understand , and if you forget she still explain it again to you , the whole experience was just so remarkable, thank you Ready steady Store , and much gratitude to the staffs you all are doing a marvelous job, keep it up !

On the whole an awesome facility-easy access-great staff in whole company

It is easy to access once you are in. Getting set up was a problem - kept getting emails to say I needed to do something to set up even though it was set up correctly because I rang to check. It is automatic emails that I was receiving which were annoying. Very helpful staff on the telephone though and explained everything - so helpful, so courteous.

Staff was very helpful and patience. I had a very good customer service. My registration was not complete but she had the time and went through with me. It was a great service.

Well, I was a former customer (I needed storage, then I no longer did, now I do again) and I came straight back to Ready Steady Store. No comparing rates with other providers, no trying to get into somewhere more local, I just went straight back. I suggest this tells you all you need to know.

Amazing Storage, Amazing Staff

Wonderful staff. Had an issue fitting in my items, and they were on the scene, ready to help. Storage is amazingly easy to access, and is secure and all electronic. Would highly recommend if youre looking for an amazing storage solution with an even more amazing staff!
