Nice place

The first time I came to arrive. there was plenty of parking and the lady in the office was pleasant and chirpy despite the weather. Its been easy to access my storage using the app. The place has always been clean and tidy

Excellent service, brilliant app for storage non office hours

The service was fabulous. The manager who takes care of multiple locations was uber efficient and explained to me the procedure with patience to open the storage facility and how to use the electronic or digital procedure through the phone app. She ensured that I wouldn't have an issue when I come back by asking me to do the procedure myself and thoroughly onboarding me Thank you

All staff that I interacted with were extremely helpful, especially Georgia at the Peterborough branch. I was waiting for my shipment to dock and nothing was too much trouble, even though my move in date was delayed twice. The move in itself was very straightforward, and a full lorry load was stored smoothly. Access was no problem, the staff at the Peterborough branch were exceptional!

The area manager dealt with my initial booking process. Laura was extremely helpful and patient with me. On moving in.day Laura was more than willing to reexplain the process and walk.me through the protocols...
