Safe and secure storage.

Excellent staff, except for the stupid trolleys for people above 50yeaes age its difficult, its not easy or flexible to use, appreciate if the authorities can change it.

Excellent customer service and simple and easy to access and setup storage

The manager was extremely helpful and explained access and lifts and security well and concisely. The setup process online was simple and quick.

Beware of hidden extras

Disappointed to arrive at the facility and to be asked for £25 more than the invoice that was sent to me. I had no choice to pay it. Not happy!

All-round great service, with excellent front of house staff

The facilities are excellent and it's no fuss getting possessions in and out of storage. The trollies seem to have a mind of their own but that's part of the fun and the lift works efficiently. The front of house lady, Anne, is a superb ambassador for your company. So knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Thank you!

Easy to set up and use

From the start setting up in person with the site manager and on line check in, was easy. Good choice of storage too.
