Excellent customer service and simple and easy to access and setup storage

The manager was extremely helpful and explained access and lifts and security well and concisely. The setup process online was simple and quick.

Beware of hidden extras

Disappointed to arrive at the facility and to be asked for £25 more than the invoice that was sent to me. I had no choice to pay it. Not happy!

All-round great service, with excellent front of house staff

The facilities are excellent and it's no fuss getting possessions in and out of storage. The trollies seem to have a mind of their own but that's part of the fun and the lift works efficiently. The front of house lady, Anne, is a superb ambassador for your company. So knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Thank you!

Gary was amazing. Unfortunately, when we arrived on Saturday we weren’t as prepared as we should have been but he was more than happy to help and resolved our issues with ease. Very informative and explained everything to made the process almost seamless. Great service and much thanks.

They helped me resolve some issues with my reservation in a quick and timely and very friendly manner. Best customer service I’ve seen with any company in quite a while. Their facilities are also great, clean, and easy to access. My first time renting storage and it’s been great.

I had a difficult pin on the date I needed. The staff have been so accommodating and give support that that is what the difference between here and getting any other lock up

Great customer service

We were panicking having half packed to move house and everything fell through. These guys really helped me out with guidance and how to apply. Special thanks to James, Megan and Amy with help over the phone numerous times and move over to storage unit! You know what i mean!! Unit clean and easy to use once I know how to do everything. Great customer service. Would recommend. Thanks guys.
