I thought it was excellent, and the automated system works brilliantly. I can deposit a van full of items without any problems and very quickly

Pretty good. The advertised price isn't the price you pay. Lots of things to add on, which was surprising. Can't fault the customer service. Ease of use at the storage unit is great, the lock is a little fiddly.

Initial apprehension was unfounded.

Having never needed to use a storage facility and now that I am well into retirement I was apprehensive about booking an 'unmanned' facility. But the staff members who dealt with my enquiry put me at ease and explained the workings of the phone app. etc...so I am pleased to report that access has been straightforward having now made three visits.

Very helpful, and super quick turn around on keys/entrance etc. clean and easy to navigate

Service is good

First day was great I could access through the app. Now I can’t.
