Good Value, Good Service Storage

Customer Service very good. Easy and secure access to Storage Units. Very reasonably priced compared to similar businesses. Signage within Storage Building could be improved.

Friendly and professional team. Storage is easily accessible and clean and tidy. Security doors could do with staying open a little longer to allow easier access

Staff Brilliant App Poor

The staff helpful and brilliant. Both phone & on site. You App and process is a disaster. Some app basics: Validation of input date. Check return values when you call services. As a user nothing is more annoying than a process that doesn't work with no feedback. Tell you're Dev team to do some: Workflow State transition diagrams

The lady on the desk was very helpful when i called to get the key. She explained everything very clearly.

Exceptional Service

Everyone has been extremely helpful. Had to make a very last-minute change size of the unit we had reserved to a bigger one as we underestimated what we had for storing. Customer Services sorted it within 10 minutes. Also spoke to Customer Services the next morning on another matter and they were extremely helpful too. Exceptional service all round.

pricing is clear and fair all additional costs explained and are realistic compared to other companies i researched staff was great friendly and helpful did not push us into a unit size we did not need

Excellent, great service.

Sheila was helpful and cheerful, making a long sign in process easier and less effort. She also took time to introduce us to the store, explained access etc. and was generally positive. She is a credit to your company. Despite the tortuous phone options system, when I needed help I received great customer service then too.
