It was excellent service from start to finish, I would recommend that you go and visit the site to ensure that the storage unit is what you are after. The team on site offered really good advise to ensure that the unit onsite was the best one for what I needed it for.

Stress free experience

Great service Staff were brilliant,, they helped me with the online application has I thick when comes to computers. You could make it bit easy for people like me . But if you go to store the staff wil help with every part of the process. Plenty of room in lift , the corridors could be a bit wide . Locker perfect. I can also you belonging will safe. It will be easy to get in the royal mint then anything out the unit . Overall will pleased will the service Cheers Alan

In store staff at the Worsley branch are amazing and so helpful; nothing is too much trouble. The customer support team are second to none, addressing an issue with my account promptly and keeping me updated throughout. Amazing staff all round, thank you!

Would recommend

The process of reserving the unit and confirming my move in date was easy and simple. There was some issues gaining access to my unit on my chosen day which seen me spending 30 minutes on the phone to customer service due to issues with padlocks and keys. It was resolved eventually but it was stressful, given we were already in a stressful situation of having to put the contents of our house in storage. Overall, the experience has been good and we definitely chose the right size too.
